Check with your Dr about B vitamins, sometimes they help. Also try the motion sickness band. I know I sound like a freak cuz I keep mentioning them, but they really help! ↑ |
try preggie pops or smelling a lemon worked for me, and crackers before you get out of bed in the morning. the prenatal pills also made me sick. ↑ |
