Im having like a burning feeling that starts in my mid back area then slowly wraps itself around to the front of my abdomen (kinda under my boobs) Its kinda speradic (SP) but it feels like its a ring all the way around my belly and back. They dont work there way down to my pubic area so I dont think there contractions but what the hell. Is this just the braxton hicks?
Oh and the midwife that I saw today said that she can feel my babies head and that I am dilating but I forgot what she said. I had alot on my mind today cause we are helping our friend move plus Im watching my niece and nephew who are the craziest kids in the world. They dont listen for shit. Urgh they are so bad. But anyway my second question is or maybe this is the third hell I dont know but if she can feel its head does that mean Im close? Just curious. ↓

A few months ago I had a pain that started in my mid back and went around me (under my boobs like you said), but it wasn't really a burning feeling. I could barely move it hurt so bad. My doctor said it was a muscle spasm, it was better about 24 hours later and completely gone in 48. I took 1 tylenol (only when I absolutely had too for the pain), took warm baths and sat with a heating pad on my back. You may want to see your doctor to make sure it's nothing more serious though.

Without knowing how far dilated your are, if you've thinned, etc it's hard to say if you are close or not. A friend of mine was checked and her doctor could feel the baby's head, she was dilated to 1 and 40% effaced and she's still pregnant, that was over a month ago. With 7 weeks to go, hopefully she stays put a little longer. ↑
