you had 4 boneless pork chops? How would you cook them? We got all this stuff from Omaha Steaks, and I don't know what to do with it all. I wish I was a better cook. I'm trying to build up a repertiore (sp) of recipes, so I appreciate everyone's suggestions!

Fry them up just enough to brown them...throw them in a casserole and pour a can of cream of mushroom soup on them and simmer slowly in over for about 2-3 hours. They will be so tender and yummy. My girls have always loved this. With mashed potatoes, and carrots.

Umm... I don't know what I would do with the pork chops (lol) I don't like em..... But seriously, I agree with Angelcecilia2, my favorite favorite recipe website is allrecipes.com. Just make sure you read the reviews before you make anything because sometimes it can be a disaster. :D

Thanks everyone! I found a recipe that actually used ingredients I have. That's my biggest problem. I don't mind trying new things, and it's not that I'm a horrible cook, I just don't ever have half the ingredients listed in recipes. I like plain food ( at home), I save the gourmet for when I go out!

I usually marinade the chops in this stuff called Subb's pork marinade but it's only sold in tx I think,. You can use italian dressing or make your own....then butterfly the chops and stuff them w/ cornbread or what ever stuffing you like...that's my fave way to eat pork...you could also make pork fajitas which are delicious

Mommy2lots's idea is always a good one....it's fool proof!! :-) also if you have enough time these ones are pretty good too!! I got this recipe off of chef2chef.com and my hubby enjoyed them!! :-) just reduce the recipe accordingly :-)

Calypso Pork Chops
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

6 boneless pork chops, about 4 ounces each
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons dark rum (optional)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag, seal bag and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade, discarding leftover marinade. Grill chops quickly over indirect heat in covered grill about 10 to 12 minutes, turning once to brown both sides.

Serving Suggestions:

You will love the grilled flavor of these delicious chops. The marinade is made with basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Serve chops with steamed green beans, rice and corn bread.

This is probably too late but---I just made "Beer porkchops" the other night...it was a new recipe out of a magazine I got.
Brown the chops in a little oil, and mix a cup of beer, 2 Tbs brown sugar, and 1/2 cup ketchup poor over them in the skillet and cook for about 20 minutes. They were good---the alcohol cooks out so pregnant ones don't have to worry about that.
and I agree allrecipes.com ROCKS! :)
