I only had one pair of maternity pants. I had two, but I never grew into the other ones so I was not able to wear them. I wore the other jeans for a few weeks, but they jsut started to look bad on me. I was pulling them up to my boobs and the butt was saggy looking. I had to let em go. I wasn't too sad about though. I never had any shirts so I guess I didn't have much to part with :) ↑ |
i have like 10 pair of mat jeans, tons of shirts and a couple of skirts. dino says my legs look funny in them because i have lost alot of weight but i bought everything from old navy and i want to get all the use i can. i still wear my mat shirts also. they are not baggy up top but the belly part is funny looking but with braylan i was like broke and didnt have nice cloths and i was wearing the same thing over and over so i told myself this time i was going to look cute. i kinda regret it now. i hate the pants with the pouch that goes over your whole stomach because now i have been pulling them up alot the cloth part has ripped and it looks horrible. ohhhhh but i love them. i will part as soon as i am done with the pills and then i will accept the weight if i still have alot. i am down to 180 and i feel better.
if i ever let them go who wants them. the tops are large and the pants and skirt are large also i think. i will give them away just not the ones with the ripped cloth because its tacky. ↑ |
I didn't want to give up my maternity jeans either because I loved not having to unbutton and unzip. For the first couple weeks after I started wearing regular jeans again I kept trying to pull them down with out unbuttoning first. Most of my maternity shirts were long sleeved and it's to hot to wear them now, but I'm hanging on to them to see how they look on me non-pregnant when it gets cold again, plus I plan to have another child in about a year. Also a lot of regular shirts are high waisted, long and flowy, so I bought regular shirts like that and wear them now because they were never maternity in the first place, now hopefully that style stays in style. =) ↑ |
not me. but i never wore maternity clothes i fit intio 11-13 at delivery ↑ |
I have a pair of capris that are maternity that I am still wearing--they don't have the tummy thing they are just elasticy w/ a button---but they are sooo cute and comfy---those and a tank top I wear to bed are the only maternity clothes I haven't gotten rid of........I just had hand-me-downs though, never bought anything new! ↑ |
i have a pair of maternity jeans that i absolutely LOVE!! my ass looks awesome, they done even look like maternity jeans. I think im gonna keep wearing them after i give birth. The shirts ive been wearing are all tight, so i think they're gonna be a bit stretched out after the baby's here. But they're not maternity so. ↑ |
i cant wait til i can fit into all my pre preggo clothes....like i fit in the shirts and some of my jeans but now all and my tummy is still saggy...but i am only 2 weeks post partum...but i am sick of my maternity clothes i have tons and tons of cute real people clothes and all my maternity stuff is so so lol ↑ |
i hear you about all the cute normal cloths. i went out and bought like $900 worth of real cloths like 2 weeks before i found out i was pregnant. i only got to wear them for like 1 month and then i switched to mat cloths. not that i needed them i just thought i would start buying them early so why not wear them. i cant wait to start wearing them but i have gotten spoiled to the no button or zipper. thats why i love them sooo much. ↑ |
I bought a few really cute maternity tops but have hardly worn them at all,so they are still like new. Here in the hospital I only wear t-shirt and pj bottom so I really dont need them.lol Im glad I didn't buy a whole bunch. But then again I can still wear alot of my other shirts.I have only gained 4 lb since I was 7 weeks preg. ↑ |
