I told my paretns and they threw me out. i have no way of paying doctor bills or any of that. thast y i asked. ↑ |

I want to keep it. but i have realized that i wouldnt be able to give my baby the life she needs im not going to be a suitable parent at theage of 17. my boyfriend and i wanted the baby and we new my parents whould be upset but we didnt think they would throw me out. that i y. if i was bale to i would keep my baby like i had planned to but things in life change. ↑ |

first of all -- like everyone else said -- abortion costs a life. There are other options, even if you feel you can't keep the baby. I don't see how you could want the baby and then change your mind to wanting to kill it that easily. Abortion has more consequences than just the loss of the baby -- you will never be able to forget this baby...
Look for adoption agencies in your area. And if you're still set on the fact that you want an abortion, you need to research it in your area...we can't tell you what it's going to cost you financially because that's different everywhere. ↑ |

| As regards everyone else, as much as I respect all of you, as long as it is legal, abortion is a choice which every pregnant woman has the right to make. Don't presume to think you have any right to tell this young girl what to do. She will be aware of adoption, and will receive all options by Planned Parenting before being offered an abortion. Don't just throw adoption in her face like it's an easy thing to do. If you didn't want to read about abortion, then you should not have clicked into this specific chat. | If you want my personal opinion Marti I'll say it tactfully. I don't agree with the act of abortion. I think you lot have a point, that the unborn should not suffer because of the acts of the mother. So for those reasons, even if I was in the same situation as this girl, I would not have an abortion. However I would never try to inflict my personal opinions onto other people, or tell them what to do with their own lives. ↑ |

| I started coming to this forum about a year ago when I first found out I was pg. I was seriously considering abortion and had already made an appt. Let me tell y'all something. I came on here for advice, and found alot of support. I think it's ridiculous that some of you women won't even try to offer advice. I gave birth to my little girl in December, but I still think abortion is an option and I will teach my daughter to respect others opinions as well. abortion is a persons own individual choice....i know people will agrue over it. but it is legal. I dont think i could ever tell someone it is outrightly wrong/right. It depends on the mothers feelings and state of mind.
it depends on the circumstances. I nearly aborted my babies....im pleased i didnt as they are my world...but I could have, and if i needed to i would consider abortion in the future...however, i disagree with people using it as a form of contraception...lol "prevention is better than cure" not meant for this but kinda says the same...
people have freewill for a reason. the option of abortion is that, just an option for people to choose if they want or need it. ↑ |
