babies with heart problems inside the womb.. can live fine.. its when they are born the problems happen..
as in saying that.. alot of scans arnt accurate thats why they are prob sending you to a more advanced scan to double check.
it could just be a mistake
Goodluck tho.

OK. You should be able to see the 4 chambers of the heart by 14 weeks, and it should be pumping spontaneously at 9 weeks, and pumping under the control of the brain by around 14 weeks. By 19-20 weeks, it should have 4 chambers, and pumping blood effectively round the body of the foetus at around 140-150 beats per minute. Your foetus wouldn't be alive if the heart weren't doing it's job, therefore it should be fully developed by now. Theres a possibility it might have a heart defect, making it less efficient, but this can be dealt with even in the womb.

yes ur right about 4 chambers which here shows me that the doctor was stupid when she was trying to explain to me she's sayin that we have 3 chambers..i did 14 week scan but they didnt check on the heart it was at another hospital...so the baby would be alive until 19 weeks right??coz coz if one or 2 on the chambers are missing then the baby is taking O2 and not sending out H2O...
