i am 14 days late with some nausea, past vomiting and lower back aches feeling like a period for about a week now. i have taken a couple of hpt and negative and aslo taken a blood test and negative but yet still no period never usually late. please help will take any advice possible ↓

you're most likely not pregnant. I don't know why some women can't believe a negative test. Do you honestly after multiple negatives that you're still pregnant? I don't know why y'all come on here asking for advice about negative tests; like strangers on the internet know better than a blood test. ↑

I took hpt test and then came back postive right away, but it is taking a while for my blood test to show. I would get a blood test then take another hpt too. ↑

If it has been 2 weeks I'd say to trust the test. You probably aren't. But there is always next month, so if you were wishing for a positive then good luck! Oh, and get the blood test done - that would tell you 100% at this late if you were or not. ↑

Negative blood test at 14 days late, I would say is negative. You could be late for many reasons other than pregnancy. Hormonal imbalance, stress, excerxise, stopping birth control, or other underlying causes, like cyst, pituatary, or thyrhoid problems. If you are still not convinced an ultrasound would tell for sure by now. ↑
