The past month I have periodically been getting the worse cramps..they're not totaaly in my lower back almost half way and in my belly. sound firmiliar to any of you ↓

YES !!!!!! i know EXACTLY what ur talking bout.. they were so bad i thought i was miscarrying in my early days of pregnancy.. i was going to go to the ER even because they were so bad..
im guessing they are normal ? i still dont know what they are from.. ↑

yeah i experienced them too!!!!!!!!!! How far along are you] As long as you have no bleeding i dont think its anything to worry about but if you are worried i would def jsut get checked over for piece of mind! ↑

I am about 5 weeks along.. I really don't remembering having these on my other 2...sheesh you'd think it would all be fresh still in my mind.. I just had a baby 6 months ago! ↑

constipation during pregnancy causes those feelings alot of the time try bending over and putting your hands on the seat of your couch and going from flat footed to your toes for a couple of minutes and see if that relives the pressure ↑
