I am just curious, i have had 4 children but never stuck with breast feeding long enough to find out if it helps with weight loss. Has it worked for anyone??

I once read that the fat you gain during
pregnancy is a special type of fat that is
easily burnt off after the baby is born,
specifically for the babys milk. I've also
read that if you dont feed your baby and
convert the fat into baby food your extra fat
will convert into 'normal' hard to lose fat.
