lol yeah i hope so i am 37 weeks and 4 days i just want to not be pregnant anymore. maybe she is trying to get out. i hope so anyways. i just think its odd because its not contractions just pain and it takes my breath away from time to time. ↑ |
Ok... this may sound really odd and confusing, but it was the first thing that popped into my head when I read your post...
Sometimes I get the same feeling that I think you're trying to describe in my neck when I am doing something. Normally it's because I've turned my head too fast too look at something or stretched it too far too quickly. It's a sharp burst of pain followed by a small burning sensation that travels up and down the neck. If I feel the skin with my hand, it is warm to the thouch. The whole thing usually only lasts about 10 seconds though and then it's over and it doesn't happen very often at all. I don't know technically whether it is considered a stretch, strain, sprain or whatever... but I think it's just an overexertion of the muscle. Since you are so far along and your muscles are stretching and preparing for everything that's about to take place, they are probably just attempting to stretch too fast, or you're moving a certain way that is causing them to overexert.
This may not be the case... but it just sounds very similar to the sensation that I feel in my neck when that happens. ↑ |
I think Mel is probably right. ↑ |
yeah its just usually when i'm walking or going to sit down so i don't know exactly what i'm doing wrong it just hurts and its only on my right side but thank you for that i will keep that in mind i forgot to ask the doctor but i have crappy doctors so they will tell me its just because i'm a big girl lol i don't see what that has to do with it but they will make it about my weight so way or another ↑ |
I was going to say it might be ligament pains but Im not so sure about the "hot to touch" part of it. I had severe pain in my left groin/bikini line since about 4 months til I gave birth with my 2nd pregnancy. I asked my doctor and she said it was kinda common. I know it's very painful esp. when you get up or bend .. I hope yours go away soon. Good luck ↑ |
it is prob a muscle or ligament that is being stretched too much. The warm feeling happens because your body rushes blood to injured areas of the body. That would be my guess, but as always if you are worried jsut double check with your dr ↑ |
Soon it will all be over and you will be in another sort of pain. Labour pain. And after that there will be a gorgeous baby. The goal line is colse christen, you are almost there. Hang in there.
Best wishes for you and your bub.
