Give yourself some time. Breastfeeding burns about 500 cals a day so it won't take just breasfeeding. The think is, you've got to get past the point where you are sleep deprived and you can actually work out. If you're in a mild climate, you can take the baby for a stroll, or even go to a mall if it's too cold. That's a great start. Just don't be so hard on yourself, you will get back. ↑ |

I found it very difficult to lose the weight too, and now I'm prego again! I lost about 25 pounds after having my daughter in May, but I gained 35 during the pregancy. Now that I'm prego, I walk a lot and I've started going to the gym to lift weights. ↑ |
