I felt that way a bit in the early part of pregnancy, all you can do is relax and put your feet up. There will be lots of cramps, just hope for no blood. Make sure to call your doc and get in soon. With your history you should be considered high risk. Good luck and relax!!

Sorry to hear about your miscarriages. :( But everyone feels the way you do. Try to relax, take your antenatal vitamins and care, and researching into how your baby is developing can be great reassurance.

Above all, congrats on your pregnancy!

I have had nurmous miscarriages myself and one that was late in my pregnancy aswell. I am almost 6 weeks and I have that fear myself and wonder about it all the time. I keep trying to mentally prepare myself to lose this baby and at the same time keep hope that things will be ok. I will never stop worrying if things are alright and I know that but there is nothing wrong with that sometimes it just keeps you going.

I have had two m/c's within less than a year , and when i found out I was preggo again i was so scared! I was put on bedrest and got progesterone supplements the entire first trimester... I spotted 3 times during that period and freaked out every time & had numerous ultrasounds... Thank God all went well and I'm now 34 w 3d preggo with a little boy ( on bedrest again now since it seems that he's in a hurry to meet us!)
The most important thing is to have a good Doc who is supportive, attentive and knowledgable! mine was and it helped so much... The best piece of advice i got was : if you wait for something bad to happen it will , so think positive and be hopeful and happy ... put your faith in God ! Good Luck To both of you

i've had 2 mc's and i'm hoping i'm pregnant now, but I know that I'll be freaking out over every little spotting or cramp...
my dr told me it was normal to be anxious, but to try not to over-worry...stress just works up the baby anyway.
plus, my ob/gyn is awesome, she told me just to call anytime i was worried about something even if i was farting funny at 3am and thought might be wrong...she's a nut , but she's a really good high-risk dr
