lately my lower bak and right leg have been hurting alot.sometimes to the point I can hardly stand. The other day I couldn't stand or sit at all for quite some time.It almost feels like something is stuck. It runs down my back across my butt and clear down to my knee.Have any of the rest of you experienced this,or know what it is.I am 16 weeks.

usually i would say it could be the baby on a nerve, sciatic usually, but im not sure at 16 weeks. i dont even remember feeling pregnant like that until mid 20's. but every woman is different along with every pregnancy.

have u tried stretching out? lay on ur back grab ur shin and ry pulling it towards ur chest and hold it, it stretches out the sciatic nerve and i dont think it should hurt...people do yoga throughout pregnancy so i doubt stretching without straining would hurt

I've tried some stretching, even tried rollerblading...lol and nothing has helped.I don't think the baby is big enough for it to be on the sciatic nerve do you?

like i said im not sure? it could just be your body giving you hell. there are days ive woken up completely stiff, couldnt even stand to get out of bed. my husband on numerous occasions has witnessed me crying just trying to walk into the bathroom b.c my whole lower spine and legs lock up completely and i cant move and its soo painful

Did you maybe lift something heavy or turn at the waist too quickly? That could cause lower back pain. Not sure about the leg though.

oh man i forgot our bodys were capable of turning sideways hahahaha.. driving is such a task at this stage trying to check all ur blind spots, ur body just doesnt move like that at a certain point and u sit there going "awww hell"

One of my friends had pretty bad sciatic pain pretty early on, and off and on throughout her pregnancy...so it could be that. I didn't have it until later on....but that sounds like what I feel too.

Coart, I definitely agree with the driving thing -- it hurts me to drive period...I have the seat moved back and everything like we're supposed to...and it's just so awkward. I haven't driven any more than I had to in the last 2 weeks cuz it just annoys me

well he likes when i drive, braden i mean, he goes crazy as soon as we start moving.. i dont mind driving, i stay within 10 mins of thehouse unless with another adult, and i have the seat far enough back so i can still reach the petals lol .. but its just the cadillac has horrible blind spots, but its nice to be driving a boat lol
