Has anyone ever experienced this after having a baby? I gave birth to my daughter 2 weeks ago, and for about 5 days now, I have had TERRIBLE pain down there. It feels like someone is taking my pee hole (sorry don't know what that's called) and pulling it. It hurts so bad sometimes I can't stand or anything. I had a third degree tear, but I don't think that is where the pain is coming from. I went to the Dr. and and my urine came back negative. No bladder infection, etc... the nurse told me to finish my meds (they gave me in case it was a bladder infection), and if it still hurts tomm. to call back. Also there is (this is gross)........a bloody sort of puss coming from my peepee... has anyone experienced this after giving birth?

It doesnt really sound like a bladder infection.....I had a bad one about a month ago and it felt like I had to pee really, really bad but something was blocking the urine flow and thats what caused the pain.......but hope you find out and get better cuz that kinda stuff really sux!

I think I experienced this too, and still feel it occasionally. My baby's 11 weeks now. Only I wouldn't consider it as severe to me. I would get a pain in the area you mentioned off and on, more the first few weeks. But I never experiened any bleeding. I never mentioned it to my doc b/c I never really knew how to describe it, you did a good job though! I hope it lessens for you like it did for me. good luck

I didn have that with my son, but I did have this feeling like I was in a post orgasim state all the time. Not in a good way though it was really tender and painful. I fouldn't even walk to fast because any jarring of that area really hurt. It lasted for several months I remember. Running was out of the question that is for sure.
