I am now 37 weeks preg. and I had a vaginal exam yesterday which brought on some bleeding. Old looking blood. However it is the next day and I still continue to have old blood when I wipe. Is this something to call my doctor about? However he is the one that told me this could cause me to have some bleeding. ↓

i am prego with my third and with my first 2, i spotted after exams late in my pregnancy and my docs always said if its old blood then its nothing to worry about. i am sure it will stop sometime today. as long as you have no pain i am sure you are fine but if you dont stop bleeding tomorrow, i would call your nurse just to make sure. ↑

I did call my Dr. and he said since I am 37 1/2 weeks he is not concerned because he stretched my cervix to assist me in speeding up my due date and as long as I am loosing that sticky stuff with old blood that is a good sing that I continue to dialate. However today is the 3rd and I believe today will be the day that I deliver. I have not had a baby in 11 years, but my back is aching and I am feeling tired and frumpy only after I got ready cleaned up the house a little bit, did some laundry and made homemade noodles. ↑
