well i try to work out and go running as much as possible at night but all day braden and i sit here. he tends to get fussy and scream no matter what we do unless im carrying him 24/7 and i have no friends that would come and help out and hang out with us, so i dono what it is we can do. i wanna start walking and stuff but he screams the whole way and kills my back carrying 2 miles. any ideas? ↓

| i thought about the swimming thng, bc he loves the water, but he is a vrey very pale baby. and living in florida, in an hour it will be close to nearly 100* and the sun is unbearable, even for me. and i leave here in less than a month, so that mommy and me groups go out the window plus the closest one is 30 mins away. my MIL suggested those things. lol ↑ |

Do you carry him with your arms?
If you do you might want to try a baby carrier atleast your hands are free and you're still techinallt "carrying" him.
Also when you walk Braden extra will help burn calories and all that other good stuff.
Also at the "Y" do you have a membership? Can you do a month to month? ↑ |
