Name: question [ Original Post ] well, the DA's office called me today and said that they had come to an agreement with the defending attorney(our dickhead PD) and the judge.They are going to drop the sexual battery charge(which was stupid anyway) and only charge him with breaking the protection order,if he plead 'guily"They are going to put him on 1 year probation,which usuallt comes with a no-contact order between him and I. however since they saw how bad we want to work things out through christian counselling they are going to ask the judge to release the no-contact order... so guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow for a complete ned to it all.It is time for it to be over. ↓
