I am 5'1 and weigh 98lbs. I know I lost a lot of weight (10lbs in 2 months) and I wanna know if I'm anorexic or not. I exercise 5x a week for 30-40mins. I eat all types of food but take them in little amounts. My friends accuse me of being anorexic because of how fast I lost all the weight. Are they right? I haven't stopped exercising co'z I'm scared that when I do I'd gain back all that I've lost. How do I maintain my weight even if I stop exercising? Help please...

no youre not anorexic-you are being healthy! excercising is good for you, just make sure you do not over-do it! It is great that you eat all types of food-did you know it is actually good for you to eat in little bits every now and then rather than all at once? yeah it is:) Make sure you are being healthy and not going under your daily calories you should be consuming, and dont become an excersie bulimic which is by excecising off what you eat. congradulations on your healthy lifestyle just be careful and dont go crazy!
