hi caitlin um probably not the best for advice but i would say:
breakfast- cereal & apple
lunch- jacket potato with chiken and salad
snack apple
tea-veg & meat

thats more or less what i eat and i snack on a few pieces of fruit a day to keep my energy levels high.

well thats what i eat and i never feel hungry or too full and its all light on my stomach. You sound like you are doing great!

rice cakes r good two, they fill you up are healthy and you can add spices for taste. xxxxxx

u can either c a nutrisionist, or you can look up on an ACREDABLE website on how much. Or ask someone you know for help.
