Ok well Im 19 I had a baby 3 months ago.. I can't stop eating. I'm always hungry and all I eat is junkfood. I started going to the gym, but i feel hopeless that I won't ever lose weight. I weight about 180 it doesn't really show except my gut. I want a flat stomach real bad, but all I am is hungry. When I was 17 I could eat anything and not gain a pound I weighed 125 and now I feel like a balloon. Before I got preggo I weighed 150. Ughhh I dont know what to do.

hi jessie hang in there, i know it is not a nice feeling to be or feel like you are carrying a few extra pounds. I f you are seriously hungry constantly then see a doctor to see if anythings up.

i know its obvious but try and replace junkfood with fruit.

Yeah, healthy eating is the way to go! PLS PLS just don't try to develop an eating disorder!! I PROMISE you will regret it will all your heart.

If you are really adamant to lose weight, visit a dietician and join a gym. If you can't afford it, just start by eating healthier and going for long walks with your dog or loved ones. I'm sure your baby will enjoy it!

I did try the gym, but there are woman in there that are freaking so thin and I'm like what the hell are they here for! I try to eat healthy but I can't. I don't plan on becoming bulimic or anything because that's not me. I just feel so fat and that guys wont notice me even though my hubby says I'm fine, but i have this thing with strangers approval rather than his. I know other ppl have it bad with being obese and Im just a little overweight, but I feel very depressed over it. I dont talk to anyone about it because they all say i look fine but i know that i dont

i know what you mean about the gym there are some proper sticks at my gym and im like why are you here.
all you gotta think is thin or fat some people just go to the gym to get healthy!

im glad that you are not considering an ED!

Yeah I know I'm like she so skinny she's going to break lol. Well there are also very big woman there and I say to myself hey it could be worse!

try replacing you unhealthy snacks with healthy ones...like fruits and veggies ...eat five small healthy meals a day and you will not be hungry so much and if you have the need to chew try no sugar gum to help get to the next meal
