i know you mite think its strange but ive recently started to not eat except for dinner time i weight like 70kgs i was 65kgs but since march ive put on those extra 5 kgs im cutting out all carbs and watching my calories i only drink water or green tea and the only dairy i have is yogurt but even my portions for dinner is very little so thats about it and for the rest of the day i just chew chewing gum

ok becuase your not eating duing the day you body is storing the food you eat for dinner becauseit does not know whne you are going to eat again ,it would be better it you ate something lillte like cut a apple into quaters and eat it throuht the day that way your not over eating or taking in to many caloers and you wont put wieght on
