ok becuase your not eating duing the day you body is storing the food you eat for dinner becauseit does not know whne you are going to eat again ,it would be better it you ate something lillte like cut a apple into quaters and eat it throuht the day that way your not over eating or taking in to many caloers and you wont put wieght on ↑ |
