I am a single mother of 1 and at 36 you would like weight wouldnt be an issue. However I am so worried about my weight its not funny. I weigh 70kg and stand 168cm tall so I am not very over weight. I have tried all the diet pills around and now I am considering surgery- A tummy tuck and lipo. Is this an age thing, someone tell me is this normal

my mom got one and she is 98 pounds, 5.7 she is not any happier with her body and the tummy tuck was an extremly painful recovery that hurt my hersat to see. My thought is that if you are that unhappy use your money for therapy.. and hekpo your MIND.. not your already fine body....

it's absolutely normal to feel the way you feel. Being single mom I know how much pressure you probably have in order to feel marketable as far as to find dates and feeling fit according today hollywood brain washed image. You are not alone as far as that, but I found very rewarding is to go the jym and toned yourself. Before you put yourself to nife and riks of infections and other complications I would explore that option as well.
Good luck to you!
