ah hunny you sound like you are in a right old mess.
yes muscle does weigh more than fat.
OK
but is it really worth starving to get more weight off id say you sound perfect now at 9st, and if you do eat jack all and then in a few months decide you cant stick to it and start eating normal you will gain weight.
id say have your 3 small meals a day and i mean small helpings of healthy food and think every other day you are going to give your body food that's good for it like your fish, i know im one to talk but i would have half a can of the smallest tin of tuna or a small dish of veg n stuff.
make sure you take you multivitamins two!
did you read about that model who died and her sister died two this week age 18 i think she was she lived on lettuce and diet drinks that's starvation so please don't do that your heart cant cope

Everybody hits plateaus while dieting. I had one that lasted over 3 weeks. It's your body's natural way of defending itself against starvation. When you take in so few calories, the body will naturally go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down to almost nothing. Keep excercising, muscle may weigh more than fat but it also burns more calories. Drink plenty of water, and eat small sensible meals. Eating less at this point will only make the plateau last longer because your body has fooled itself into thinking it might not ever get another meal. If my math is right 9st=126 lbs.? Unless you are under 5 foot tall that sounds plenty thin to me. ↑ |
starving yourself is more unhelthy then overeating. just remmerb that. keep exercising. it will help. and it could keep your mind off things. ↑ |
yeah i mean i go to the gym and to be honest i haven't lost weight for a while and i totally realise that muscle weighs heavier than fat. but i can see that my legs and arms are toning up so that makes me happy. ↑ |
