when losing weight you will hit a plateau every now and then where you won't lose anything for a couple weeks. Don't get discouraged, this is just your body adjusting itself to the pounds you've lost. Once your body is adjusted you WILL begin to lose more! :) The key though is NOT to give up!!! Keep eatting healthy and doing some exercise. Keep it up and YOU WILL continue to see results!!!!! Little by little the weight WILL come off! I'm extremely overweight myself and my problem is i can start a diet but i can't seem to stick to one. and as far asexercise goes,i just wear out too easily so i give up. I need help too! ↑ |

firstly WELL DONE for losing weight sensibly and well done for losing it. I am 19 and overweight myself and when handing in C.v's and asking for application forms for summer jobs I felt like people were telling me they had no vacancies available because I was fat and I didn;t fit their 'skinny sales assisstant' criteria. It really gets u down I really do know how u feel hunni. I hate going in places like Topshop and Miss Selfridges and River Island and places like that because I feel like all the shop assisstants are looking at me and judging me like I shouldn't be in there because I am not skinny. Just keep at ur healthy way of losing weight and ull reach ur target weight and ull feel so proud of urself xxxxx ↑ |
