im 13 and 5'1 and weight 99 lbs.
my friends tell me im skinny, but i dont think i am and i want to be skinner, but i dont know how.
i play sports but is till want to be skinner.

99lbs is approx 7 stone, that is low very low instead of thinking of losing weight, try and think about what is making u feel this way.

I started with the whole ED kick around your age, it's been three years, and sure i lost some weight(5'7 and 93lbs) but I also lost friends, and all the trust of my family, I am royally screwed up for life. Five one and 99lbs is healthy, if you really wanna lose weight then do it the healthy way. For future refrence, coming into an ED chat room for weight control advice is NOT the best idea. ↑ |
