yeh i think it is an american site so, cool i use stones in england, since ive not eaten ive lost quite a bit of weight, when you diet do you get dizzy at all, cause earlier i wa sin the kitchen tlking to my mum and i just went all loght headed, yesterday i had a break form my dieting like once a week eat 3 meals so i dont feel as if im being controlled or have to do it ↑ |
Yeah I have & just about anyone who eats that little would get dizzy! I made my dizziness worse by drinking too much tho. I ended up flushing out the electrolytes from my body & sometimes I'd get so faint I had to lye down for hours because I knew If I'd stand up I'd faint! So make sure you don't drink tooooooo much water like no more than 2.5 litres a day.
Just because you eat 3 meals once a week doesn't mean u don't have a problem. I doubt 3 meals is enough. When you have the 3 meals how many calories would you have a day? I eat 3 meals & several snacks in between every day & I'm anorexic & that's still not enough for me becoz I'd weigh more if it were enough. I only weigh like 5.27 stone! ↑ |
i only ate dinner everyday, i think it was probs less than 900 cause all id have was like a pizza or something,
im eating a bit more now, for a break and start it again on saturday ↑ |
