| I'm in the process of casting for the programme and we're looking for young Mums, Mums-to-be and young Grans (in their 30s) to take part. Is this something you and your Mum might be interested in? To give you some background information, my name is Caroline and I work for Love Productions. You may have seen some of the programmes we make such as Baby Borrowers (a BBC educational show in which teens borrow real babies to see what life would be like with a baby of their own and experience Motherhood firsthand!). We are currently making a new documentary for BBC3 about young Grans, challenging the stereotype that all Grans enjoy knitting and bingo! This is a sensitive documentary about the difficulties, excitement and prejudices facing teen Mums and what it's like to be a young Gran in your 30s. It's a chance for young Mums and young Grans to show that being young doesn't mean you're a bad role model and share your experiences of being a Mum/Gran. Please get in touch if you would like to be involved in the programme - tell me how old your Mum is, your contact number, a bit about yourself & why you'd like to be on the show. You must be based in the UK and your Mum must give her consent for your both to be involved in filming.
