I was reading a topic on another board that a chiwawa was drown by an unattended 3 year old child. Mum was inside cleaning a fish tank while her 3 year old was out side with the dog playing in a wading pool. When in came the child telling his mum that the dog was dead. Mum went out to investigate and found that the dog was in fact dead. Later the child explained that the dog could not swim like a fish leading mum to believe her child drown the dog.
I find this very disturbing that neither child nor dog was being attended to. If mum had been watch them it would not have happened. Also another poster of the board had made mention that the mum was lucky that the child dint drown. ↓
