Hi,
My ex has walked away from three beautiful children because he needs "his own space" and I am finding it hard to get through the days knowing the one person I have always relied is no longer interested, and with two babies (18 months and 6 months) and one five year old and no immediate prospects (rural area) of new friends and nothing but hate from his family I am honestly struggling. Hi there, first of all him walking away will probably be temporary if he really loves you and the kids, it may not be that he's no longer interested, just slightly overwhelmed. It's not uncommon for guys to do this and its not uncommon for them to come back soon after. Ignore the hate from his family (easier said than done, i know!) but you just don't need it right now on top of everything else going on, and it especially isn't right that you should be getting hate when it's him thats walked.
In the meantime, focus on yourself your kids, your life. Take things a day at a time and they do get better. Keep your family and friends close, and keep smiling!
