Sounds like you really have been through a rough time lately. You are not dumb what so ever. You in the end did the just and right thing, putting this childs pain and welfare first over your own selfish feelings of regret of its conception.
So give yourself credit, not bad feelings.
Do you have any family or friends or even a councellor that you can talk to about this and try and help you through this time?
There are other options such as adoption that you could seek out, if that is something you could consider.
Really i would talk to a doctor or health professional ASAP to get all the advice you can.
