I and my young son are looking for a place to move to and live sometime in the next year. I am interested to hear from people who have information on a place that would be especially good for a single parent and child.
I myself am part Irish, my grandmother came from county Cork, so your post is especially interesting to me. I also want an English speaking country so Ireland is desireable that way. But where? We need good schools, and other single parent friends. I like a quiet area, I don't like big cities, but there must be enough other families and schools close by.
What do you suggest?
Right now we live in Europe. If you live or travel in Europe this summer, we might like to meet you, or at least correspond with you.
I am an older man, in my 60’s so being a single parent keeps me pretty busy, but at least I can devote my full time to it.
Also I have a very beautiful farm in Poland that I would rent, and to the right single parent I might give free use.

| oldereman cork city is a nice place there are other little towns outside cork like kinsale that would be a lovely place to live with kids. i would say they have good schools there also. i know they have good schools in cork city my 2 boys go to beaumont boys school i went to the girls school when i was young and i would recommed it to anyone ↑ |
