| my daughter is exactly the same and shes nearly 9 months i was forced to place her cot right next to my bed so i could stroke her hand whilst she slept. My health visitor gave me some sheets on controlled crying to help her settle into a routine of getting to sleep by herself during the day and of course the night time. Its been hard work but im 2 weeks in and she is getting better, she is not so dependant on me all the time and is happy to occupy herself for a short amount of time whilst i get on with what i have to do. ↑ |
