my girlfriend left her husband and 5 yr old daughter in washington state to be with me in new york. we have been together for almost 2 yrs and we have a 9 month old son together. she went on vacation for 3 weeks to visit her family in washington, and a week before coming home, she called to tell me she wasnt coming back. i am devestated. how can she do this? that is my son too, whom i love more than anything. i was there for him the whole time. do fathers have no rights? how can she get away with this? is this not kidnapping? i badly need advice. someone please help. i miss my son. i feel helpless. i have no idea what to do ↓

If i were you i would fight with everything you have,what kind of woman would walk away from their 5 year old daughter,that haves to have some levrage in court i have 2 children and would have to die to be separated from them,yes fathers have rights,do not give up and good luck ↑
