I just had to switch nannies because i didn't feel like the previous one was mentally stable. Because of my rush to find a new nanny, I am using a nanny service. The first nanny they sent is WONDERFUL. I have already noticed a difference in my 5 month old boy and how much more relaxed and happy he is. here is the problem: she and her husband are going to try and have children fairly soon after he finds a new job. He may have one right now, he may not find one for a while....who knows. She may get pregnant right away, she may not.
Worst case scenario, I have her for a year. Since i work at home, it would not be possible for her to continue and bring her child(ren) with her. there would be too much choas in my small home.
She is wonderful, but should i keep looking for someone else wonderful? I may not get a long commitment from them either.... ↓
