My name is Kim. My daughter was born 3 1/2 months early. She almost died when she was 2 weeks old. She was then diagnosed with PVL on one side of her brain and a Grade IV bleed on the other. She is a very blessed baby. I am a little concerned about her milestones and where she should be developmentally. She is now 11 months old and she barely rolls over. She has a therapist visit her once a week and they say she should be 3 months behind on everything since she was a premie. My concern is that she should still be at least trying to crawl, situp, and put her weight on her legs which she is not doing yet. Does anyone have any advice to give me or do any of you have a child with a similar delay?
