hi everyone, I just had a baby 8 weeks ago by c section.I just started birth control 6 days ago, and i have been having sex with my husband for 4 weeks. my daughter, Kelsey, is exclusively breastfed. i have been spotting off and on for a week now. Could it be my new birth control. Also, my stomach has been cramping really bad. I am really scared to be pregnant again. I wasnt tested a week ago when my doctor put me on birth control. Is it possible for me to be pregnant?

I had the same problem but my ob/gyn told me it was because of the hormone in the pill but I didnot have unprotected sex . JUst in case check with your doctor.

How have you been feeling since your c section?
The reason i ask is because you said that you are having stomach cramps could you have a infection???

P.S Dont want to scare you just worried!

Hi Tara i think that you need to go back to the doctors and ask him do a proper check up swabs and everything just to make sure!
Please let us know the outcome if you do go.

Sure, there's always the possibility when you're sexually active.Your best bets to go and have a test done and go from there. If you're pregnant it was just meant to be whether it was planned or not.I'd also be a little more careful in the future if having more kids isn't what you want.
