my step mom takes it. She travles often for her job and has serious sleep issues. She said that it works wonders for her.
I had a week or two with little sleep so she gave me one. I took it, but for some reason I was like part awake and part a sleep. The phone rang and I was talking to this guy that I had just met, but I was talking to him like I had known him forever then I like "woke up" and was like WTF I didn;t even really remember what we had been talking about. he said that we were on the phone for about 20min and he didn't want to get off because he was worried about me because I jsut didn't sound right. I felt so stupid, but told him what had happened. HE still didn't call me back though LOL
Also when my step mom takes it my dad makes her go to bed w/i that hour, because if she stays awake she get a bit loopy. She will call us up and try to make some big family feel good plans. Liek lets all go to the cottage blahblah blah and then she doesn;t remember it the next day. I know this about her now so I always ask the next day to be sure, but one time I had the whole family packed and ready to go and she had forgot that she even talked to me ↑ |
haha! i barely remember typing this. i did start to feel really loopy because i did't go right to bed, but once i did, i slept the whole night through and did not wake up once.

| LOL yes I am prescribed it for sleep difficulties lately!! I first had it in the hospital after Connor was born. Fine Pharmaceutical!! I LOVE it! I can sit up and read a few chapters of a book and Not remember a thing!! My hubby has been known to take advantage, and I have NO memory of it!! I can fight off almost anything even phenergan, but not this, it is amazing!! ↑ |

ok.......its called......MELATONIN Sleep Right. I talked to the dude behind the counter. I didnt want something like you describe.......for exactly the reasons your experiencing. So........he told me ......that this will NOT do that to you (and it doesnt) the way it works.....you take one before you expect to go to sleep. It raises the Melatonin in the brain enough to afford ........sleep. Though also.......when you awake......you dont feel that.....i dont know.....im soooooooooooo hung over from THAT feeling ..i guess. NO.........and....it wont give you any of the "experiences" your feeling now. YOU will only.......be able to sleep.......WHEN.....you are good and ready to fall .....asleep. Check it out hon....
