Wow Layne! I thought 9lbers was big!! Anyway, i'm newly pg for the 5th time and 3 of my 4 children were big so i'm almost positive this one will be.. Do you have a pg book? There are a few exercises you can do to help ease some of the pains from carrying. They actually do help.. Also they sell belly straps to help ease back and pelvic pain... But they suck in the summer time since your super hot anyhow and really do not want anything more on than you need to. Best Wishes

wow, my daughter was 10, 1 when she was born and a week early and my doc wouldn't let me have her vaginally. But this next baby is about right up there and I still have 5 weeks to go. we are hoping for a Vbac? cross your fingers for us girls we really want to try. I just didn't like the c-section. I recovered fast, but emotionally I don't think I was ready for it. I had really bad post partumn. Thanks Shan5472 for the suggestion on the belly straps I may have to try them these last 5 weeks. Exersising unfortuantly puts some strain on my heart, becasue of the big baby, my rythmatic heart beats skip, it makes it hard to breath, but so far I've only gained 9 lbs during pregnancy so by eating right and doing what I can has worked.
Thanks you guys for the advice.

I carried a huge baby. I gained 80 pounds, and it was al belly. My son weighed 8lbs 15 oz. i know how it feels, you cant breathe and when you lay on your back your lungs are so rowded you get out of breath huh?i remember that, and i miss being pregnant but now i can breathe, haha

My two were 9lb 11 oz and then 10lb 10 oz respectively. I had two elective c-sections and would not have wanted it any other way!! At the end I felt like I couldn't walk, sleep, breathe, or anything!! Before the second one my BP started going up and I had to lay on bed rest for about a week!! Yuck!!
