anyone? no?
well maybe i should see a doctor. i could barely sleep last night...it's so annoying. ↑ |
It doesn't 'have' to be from running. You can get shin splints from any use of your legs really.
Walking, swimming, biking, running, jumping, blah blah blah.
It's most common in people who run though.
I got it during soccer season and I feel your pain. It suuuuucks!
Have you tried icing it? Take an ibuprofen and ice your leg before going to bed or any time you get a chance to relax(if that ever happens in the life of a mom)
If it still really hurts then I'd go see a doctor.
Chances are the doctor is going to tell you to ice it and to take an anti-inflammatory anyways so if you can say you've already tried it then perhaps they'll take a closer look instead of brushing it off as nothing. ↑ |
thanks lola. i will try that!!! :-) ↑ |
you can get them from walking up or down hiils too. ↑ |
