I am 29 Weeks prenant, and I just lost my what I think is my mucas plug a couple of days ago. Today while I was working I started to get some cramps in my back and into my legs. When I went to the bathroom I was spotting brown, is ths ok, I don't know what to do this is my first I am really nervous. ↓
