I am doing good! My son's finalization is mid month for National Adoption Day, and his Christening is at the end of the month, so I have been really busy with the planning
His Christening is being held back in NY, so that aspect is a bit challenging as I live in CO.

I can not believe how horrible this site is. My husband and I are in the process to adopt. I went looking online to find support groups and other people going through a similar situation. I stumbled upon this site. I have been reading posts for about 2 weeks now. I can not believe what goes on here. This has to be the hardest experiance I have gone through, finding out I can not have my own children. On the other side it is a gift to be able to help adopt a child that needs a home. So to see these ridiculous posts from pretend birthmoms makes me sick. Not just the pretend people but the horrible comments people leave. It makes me sick that there are honest good people looking for help on this site. You really need to think twice about putting your information up for insane people to see. I know you want to grab at any hope to have a child but come on, get with reality.
My husband and I have chosen to go through the county where we live to adopt. After looking into about 20 different agencies it is the best decision I have made. They are out to find the children the best family. I do not have to wait for some unstable birth mom to pick me, and then run the risk of having her back out at the last second. That has happened to several people I know. My husband and I are more than able to care for a child and provide a good loving home. They make that decision. They provide all the services, Live Scan, TB test, HOME STUDY, and all the legal. It is a huge savings and a way to help children who would end up in foster care. I would never reply to a site that is in such poor quality, however this site has made me especially upset. I wish the rest of the people looking to begin a family the best, and would hope if you are a normal person you would see past these insane people that post on here.
