| for a huge party for your daughter, throw a co-ed party with how many kids you want.You could rent out a big room in a hotel with a dance floor or you could just have it at your house. | well, I'll be 16 dec.28,2007, and i'm on low,1,500 @ the most birthday money.(including everything)i am planning to have a dj, or if you can afford it, maybe a hot band that she likes. you can also see what she likes the most, and and let her feel like a pricess.cater 2 her a little bit that night. have a theme such as winter wonderland princess. get her a dress of her favorite color, and everyone else where a different color than her that way she stands out. also have a caterer, and maybe 30 minutes before the party ends,have pink and white balloons fall from the cieling. rent aplace for the night,(ahotel) and have a limo pick her up, and drop her off. let her and her friends spend the night in the hotel.(it should have a pool, internet, room service,etc) last, but not least, have caterer cater her favorite finger foods, regular food, drinks and sweets. sorry i don't have much ↑ |

| well the only thing is money really. Anyone can throw a really awesome party with just lots of friends. But for me, I am turning 16 and I wanted to rent a hall and have a dance. Is it economical though? Another idea is throw a huge slumber party for her and I mean really huge. Like allow her to invite all her friends - including boys that are her friends (its really annoying when parents doubt you {unless she has some issues}). Buy lots of food, snacks, movies, music. Let everyone sleep everywhere and maybe even let them go to a movie or something. Allow your daughter and her friends to organize any games they want. ↑ |

| whatever you do, dont do a surprise sweet 16. If i was her i would want to know what was going on, 16 is a big year and you want her to have the best party for her 16th. I suggest a traditional formal party, but hawaiian or luau would be really cool too. ↑ |

| marissa, i threw a middle eastern birthday party for my husband and all i did was order a lot of middle easter foodz (kabobs, houmus, tabouli salads, etc) and i used bright pink, aqua blue, and orange table clothes. i also added plastic gold coins and lastly, i hired 2 people in craigslist to serve drinks and food and i told them to dress up as belly dancers to go with the theme. it really worked out well. let me know if you need more advice! ↑ |

ok i think you should pick up some vip guests.
go to her favourite store with them.
pick up a limo outside.then go around and stop of at her favourite designer store(e.g. von dutch),then go and stop of and buy $100 worth of stuff.then go to the hall where there will be an arabian themed party with 200 normal guests and have a vip area with champagne and sushi and then have a normal area with a fashion show and tables with white silk on it and champagne glasses and a booklet to say what will happen at the party and tyhen goodie bags with perfume samples and a bottle of tiny champage in it with a thank you note.she shuold also have a grand entrance where 4 of her vip friends will carry her on a bed with red silk on it. ↑ |

| i think that you should show her a suprise birth day party for her.and as far as the theme goes,well if she is a girly girl then do something like a black and white party.where you have to be in a tux or a dress to get in the party.and on the day of the party have a limo pick up her and about 3 of her friends from school to go to like an all day spa to get ready for the party.and have like a v.i.p list and have at tops about 500 people there.and after that she can have an after party with like just the close friends.if she isnt such a girly girl then you should mabey try like and egyptian theme or something and have like a big dance off with like the whole school.and a huge egyptian cake.and what ever you do make her feel like a priincess.and i promess she will be happy. ↑ |
