| hi, im 15 i had sex six days ago and then i had sex 2 times after that day which was friday and saturday and the 1st night i had sex i wasnt feeling well and now its happening every night like i have pains in my stomach and i dont have a large appetite like i used to i bearly even eat,andi have little pains down in my lower stomach and the past couple nights i havent been feeling good vomit, can this be a sign of pregnancy, but i also have been stressing alot can this be part of it to? ↑ |

| hello i am 15, i had sex with my boyfriend a week ago then i had sex 3 days after that, i have been feeling nauseous everytime at night but only at night, and i have a pain in the middle of my stomach and pain in my belly button i had a little pain on my right and left lower stomach but that went away like 4 days ago but i dont have major symptoms nothing else but pains in stomach and feeling sick at night. also can stress cause this because i am stressing wayyyy to much. please help me ↑ |

| I would strongly suggest that you go to a dr. and get checked because I had those same symptoms and it ended up being a molar pregnancy and I had to have a D&C done. You could also have an ectopic pregnancy and sometimes they arent detected on a pregnancy test, and an ectopic pregnancy can be vary dangerous and is life threatining, So you should definatley go to a dr. ↑ |

| Hormonal imbalance can cause your breast to be sore and can cause you to have missed periods. but just to be sure I would say you should have a blood test done to rule out pregnancy because the urine test are good but only if they pick up the hcg hormone and the hormone can be low in your urine. so you propably need to go to the dr and tell them whats going on and that the urine test say no so you were wanting a blood test to determine it and find out why you are having the symptoms you are having if you arent pregnant. Another thing is when you take the pregnancy test with urine make sure it is when you get up in the morning and the do it the first time you go to the bathroom that morning. ↑ |

| I am 22 and I have two kids already, When I was pregnant with my last son they found a fibroid tumor in my uterus and everything has been fine until recently. two months ago I had a molar pregnancy and had to have a D&C and everything went fine and returned to normal.I just had my period almost two weeks ago and it was heavy and lasted two days longer than usual and now I have been having vaginal bleeding off and on everyday but it is light. I was wondering if anyone has had the same experinece before and if they could give me some insight on what it might be because I am so tired of going to the ob/gyn. ↑ |

| maybe go to your GP they may take a blod sample an find out if u are that way or maybe try another home test kit sometimes they dont work properly clear blue is a good one id recomend ↑ |

Good morning concerned girls!
I came across this website doing some research and was quite disturbed. I don't expect everyone to understand my story but i hope you take something from it and it helps you somewhere on your journey.
When i was 16, i had been with my bf for 2 years (he was quite a bit older than me) - we had a shock pregnancy even though i took my pill dedicatedly everyday on time...never missed! We didn't actually find out until i was 9 weeks preganant because i was so young, naieve and afraid of the possibility. My whole family knew and my mum and dad were totally supportive, My bf at the time - we both thought we would be together forever - i was head over heels for him! Anyhow... i won't go through the process with why i had an abortion, because i'm sure it won't intrest you guys! but at 13 weeks i had an abortion... At that point i thought it was the saddest time of my life - i felt like no one understood me and like i was forced into it! two years went by and my bf and i broke it off! When we split I was able to enjoy my freedom and go partying with my friends, go away spontaneously with friends to random locations on last minute descions... anyhow that's irrelevant! I know back at 16 when i wanted that baby i would have given up all of that - even thought now i am thankful i didn't. I have so many things now and acomplished so much that if i had had that child i wouldn't have been able to do these things - i have travelled around the U.S and Australia modelling for mens magazines earning phenomenal amounts of money, last year i made just over $192000.00 just working and traveling - i have met some great people and partied with some of the wildest! on top of that i have met the most AMAZING man... my husband! We had a beautiful white romatic wedding at the Maldives Hilton resort and travelled around the maldives for our honeymoon - if your not sure what the maldives are i suggest you do some research! And recently we just brought another house on the beach worth close to a million. And now some years later after that horrible unfortunate incident that was neither mine or my ex's fault... my husband and i are having a beautiful baby we have both planned for - i feel so ready for it now especially since i have done something for myself.. and to think i have, we have so much more to come... i'm so excited!
I still think back and feel sad for that little one that might have been... but i know that i wouldn't have been able to give it the future that my husband and i hope to give the little one we are expecting... We are sbsolutely thrilled - Our famillies are absolutley thrilled and my husbands mum and father ring up almost everyday checking to make sure that i am feeling alright! I don't know if any of this makes sense to you guys, i'm not saying go and have an abortion - but really think what you want for your future children and what you want for youself. I mean yes, after i had the procedure which was painless and untramatic, i was sad and felt heartbroken... and i thought i would never get over it - but i think in my case it was worth that period of time of saddness to a whole life time of resentment from my child towards me... in other words i would have rathered suffered than any of my children. I wish you all the very best and hope anyone in this predicament is able to make the right desicion for them.

Bloating, feeling tired or fatigued, sore boobs and increased appetite are all symptoms of period - so it can be very deceiving!
I personally don't think you are pregnant, i think you may be in new territory experiencing sex for a first time and am feeling perhaps a little guilty that your gonna get caught out pregnant...
If you are late - five days late, a pregnancy test should definately show a positive result provided you followed the instructions - but as you might be aware... the best time to do a home pregg test is first thing in the morning - if it's negative, and you do do it first thing and correctly - you are definately not pregnant. In this case just relax, and your period will come in no time at all i suspect. Take Care. X ↑ |

Hi...i am having exactly the same worries.
Let me tell you my story...i had a termination on 25/05 and made the biggest mistake of my life..my boyf also felt the same...2 weeks after we started trying and having unprotected sex...3 weeks later i bled for 3days..the first day being heavy and then to last 2 days very milky and light. My tummy is hard and bloated...my boobs are tender...i am burping and farting all the time and getting twinges across my belly and in my back, pains up my bum..i feel pregnant and i look it aswell...however i took 2 preg test before i had the 3 day bleed both of which were negative...feels like my body is playing tricks on me...but i am desperate to get pregnant as quickly as possiable.....oes anyone think i might be or have any simlar stories???? id really appriciate any help or advice ↑ |

I'm very sorry you feel that way! For starters when a women is trying to get pregnant, even though she's not, she desprately hopes she is and picks up on every little thing in her body that could 'possibly' be a sign. There is such a thing called a 'phantom pregnancy' where you have the exact symptoms of pregnancy like the morning sickness, missed period ect. but it is mainly a pshycological thing, you think you may be pregnant (whether trying or not) your brain starts to play tricks on you!
second of all... You 'generally' don't have pregnancy symptons until about the six week of pregnancy - which could be morning sickness, turning off food (spewing from it - lol) it is true the breast do become sore quiet early, but that is a typical symptom of menustration. The bell honestly does not generally feel like it's tightening until the 9th or 10th week at the earliest! But we must recognise that every woman is different and these are my expriences and from the research and reading i have obtained.
And Claired, please if you are trying for a child, please make your self aware of the benefits of taking pre- conception mulitivitamins, they have vitamins like B5 that many women are dificent in that can affect conception, plus you are giving your child the best start to life (helps to protect against spinal defects).

I just wanted to mention, that i had the depo quite a few years ago - it wasn't working out for me (made me sick ect.) after the six months was up, i didn't get my period for just over a year except for spotting - i did go to the doctors and i understood that having spotting for a few months after the valid depo had gone by was common. I had tests for about another year and still hadn't ovulated, they end up giving me shots to even out my hormones. But saying all of this, you can still be pregnant - having sex every second day is even better than everyday - because it take around 48 hours for the his sperm to mature, which is the sperm which has best success for fertilising an ovum. Although i am guessing you wouldn't even be any more than 4 weeks if you were - but you wouldn't notice any symptons yet... but in the haul of it all - i think it's very unlikely that you are.
